At Element Hair we strive to make your experience an enjoyable one. Please take a moment to review our salon policies and feel free to contact us should you have any questions.


Hair Pricing and Consultation

Quotes given by our receptionists are an estimate only. Prices may vary depending on individual stylists, on the coloring technique, amount of time, length of hair and amount of color and product used to create desired effect. We encourage you to have a consultation for color or texturizing services before booking your service appointment. Our hair stylists are happy to see you and discuss the desired look that you wish to achieve. The price of the service will also be determined at this time. Consultations are approximately 15 minutes in length are complimentary. Please call to arrange an appointment. Any additional time may require an additional charge.

Check-in Policy

Please check in at the reception area at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy

Cancellations of all salon services require a 24-hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a full service charge to their credit card or on account to be paid on the following visit. No-shows will be charged the full amount of their missed appointment.

Deposit Policy:
Deposits are required for all services over two hours in length, and must be received prior to booking an appointment. Depending on the type of service the client is looking to book in for, we will require a deposit of either $50 or $100. Deposits are not an additional charge, and will be taken off of the total cost at the end of the appointment. Deposits are non refundable with less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or re -booking, and will be kept if the client does not show up to their scheduled appointment.

Late Appointments

If you know you will be late for your appointment, please call to notify the salon. While the staff at Element Hair will make every effort to accommodate the original service, we reserve the right to re-schedule the appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments unless there is enough time. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated time for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our services are completed as scheduled.


Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. However, gratuities are left to the discretion of the guests’ satisfaction. Gratuities are welcome in recognition of outstanding service.

Gift Certificates

Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries and any special occasion! Gift Certificate may be issued in any denomination. They may be used towards the purchase of products and hair services (excluding gratuities). PLEASE NOTE Gift Certificates are not refundable for cash.

Refund Policy-Product

If a guest is not satisfied with a product, they may bring the product in within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange, in store credit or refund. The product must be at least 75% full for us to issue a refund.

Refund Policy-Services

If a guest is not satisfied with their service, they may let the salon manager know within 48 hours of the service. A complimentary redo or alternative solution may be offered at the salon manager’s discretion. We do not issue refunds for any services provided.

Methods of payment

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Element Hair Gift Certificates.

Hair Straightening, Color Correction and Perms

Due to the extensive amount of time that these services require, a 50% deposit is required from the guest when the appointment is booked. This amount is put towards the balance of the guests’ service. In the event of a missed appointment, or less than 24hr cancellation notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
