Gerard Scarpaci of ARROJO NYC Coming To The New Element Hair Salon at The Boardwalk in Waterloo

This first time Arrojo venture into an Ambassador Salon in Canada is confirmed! Looking forward to Gerard Scarpaci of ARROJO NYC coming to our new salon at The Boardwalk in January 2014 for private education. A great way to kick off the new salon and the New Year!

Former Artistic Director of the Aveda Advanced Academy, New York, and one of the modern pioneers of the hairdressing craft, Gerard Scarpaci has joined ARROJO education.

“I want to be instrumental in a hairdresser-focused brand with the potential to shape the art and commerce of the craft,” says Scarpaci. “Nick Arrojo is a good friend, and my mentor. He has staked a claim to be the voice of independent, visionary hairdressers, driven to move our industry onwards and upwards. I’m thrilled to be on board.”

Gerard’s career is a checklist of the great and the good. For Vidal Sassoon, Paul Mitchell, and Aveda he has taught at shows and centers of education around the world. And as a former salon owner, he understands what hairdressers need for a prosperous and rewarding career. It is, however, his experience in developing excellence in all forms of education that makes him such a brilliant addition to the Arrojo team.
