STAFF PICK: Element Texture Gel

Texture Gel is one of my favourite Element products. It’s not a sticky holding gel, and it adds body along with a smooth finish. It’s the perfect product for reducing curl and taming frizz. The Texture Gel will also add a great shine and protect the hair from heat damage.

Aloe vera, panthenol, orange and rosewood oil are a few of the key ingredients in this friendly product. The enzymes in the aloe plant add anti-inflammatory properties that keep your hair strong and healthy. The panthenol (or pro vitamin B5) is a penetrating moisturizer that plumps the hair shaft to thicken the hair and add shine. The orange and rosewood oil are natural perfumes that calm, sooth, hydrate and and reduce irritation.

Although it can be used on thicker hair as well, Element’s Texture Gel is lightweight and flexible so it won’t weigh down your finer locks. It’s an ideal product for both blow-drying, and air-drying your hair.
