Lance & Kim Nielsen – 24 Years of Marriage & 21 Years of Element Hair

Its holidays like these that make us think about how lucky we are to be doing what we love. Element Hair has been a part of our lives for 21 years and we are looking forward to many more to come!

Our journey started 32 years ago when we first met and found out just how much we had in common. We are both passionate about hair, style, trends and each other. We have been married for 24 happy years now and are lucky enough to work together every day!

 

We love our boardwalk community,

We love our personalized salon that we were able to design ourselves,

We love our talented Element staff

We love that our job is to do what we love every day,

And we love that we are able to do that together!

This Valentine’s Day, after we close up Element, we will be at home with the fireplace on, sharing some good food, a glass of wine, and perhaps a movie with our wonderful family. We hope that each of you will have time to do the same.
